KONDESK Alternative for Boutique Education Agents
KONDESK sells per user and covers edu-immigration broadly. Enrollo sells a flat tier and covers study-abroad placement narrowly. Published pricing, honest concessions, and who each one fits.
Short answer: KONDESK is a broader edu-immigration CRM sold per user. Enrollo is a narrower study-abroad CRM sold as a flat tier with a seat cap. If you run visa and immigration services alongside education placement, and you want native mobile apps and multi-branch management, KONDESK covers more ground. If you are a boutique agency of one to fifteen counsellors whose money problem is commission you have earned but not yet collected, a flat tier is cheaper to grow into and the narrower tool has less to ignore.
This page compares the two on published information only. Every claim about KONDESK below is taken from KONZE's own site and linked, because you are going to check it in about sixty seconds anyway.
Where KONDESK is genuinely strong
It is worth starting here, because the honest version of a comparison page is the useful one.
KONDESK is built by KONZE for immigration agents and education consultants. That "and" is the important word. Its free plan advertises fourteen services with workflow, which means it is designed for an office that sells more than one thing: student placement, but also visitor visas, skilled migration, and the rest.
Three things it advertises that Enrollo does not do:
- Native mobile apps. KONDESK lists iOS and Android apps. Enrollo is a responsive web app — it works on a phone browser, but there is nothing to install from an app store.
- Multi-branch management. Its "Company 360°" feature manages multiple business branches on one platform. Enrollo assumes one agency.
- Commission and agreement handling. This one matters most, because it is the thing a competitor page is most tempted to lie about. KONDESK explicitly advertises uploading contracts, storing agreements, and managing the commission claiming process. It is not a gap in their product.
If any of those three is the reason you are shopping, stop reading. KONDESK is the better fit and you should book their demo.
The comparison
| What you are comparing | KONDESK (KONZE) | Enrollo |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing structure | Per user. Lite Monthly ₹2,000 per user; Lite Yearly ₹20,000 per user (published pricing page) | Flat tier with a seat cap. Solo $29/mo (1 user), Team $79/mo (up to 5), Agency $149/mo (up to 15) |
| What five counsellors cost | 5 × ₹2,000 = ₹10,000/mo, before tax | $79/mo, flat — the fifth counsellor adds nothing |
| Tax on top | Published as extra: 9% CGST + 9% SGST within Gujarat, 18% IGST other Indian states | Not itemised on the pricing page; prices shown in US dollars |
| Free entry | Free plan: 7-day trial, no card, 10 leads, 1 user, 1 company | Free trial, no card; read-only and export remain available after it ends |
| Scope | Edu-immigration: 14 services with workflow, visas and migration included | Study-abroad placement only — student, application, document, commission |
| Branches | Multiple branches on one platform ("Company 360°") | Single agency |
| Mobile | Native iOS and Android apps | Responsive web only |
| Currencies shown | INR and AUD options on the pricing page | USD |
Why the pricing row is the one that decides it
Per-user and flat-tier pricing feel similar when you are one person. They stop feeling similar the moment you hire.
Under per-user pricing, your software bill is a function of your headcount. Hire a fourth counsellor in August because September intake is heavy, and the bill moves in August. Under a flat tier with a seat cap, the bill moves only when you cross a boundary — at Enrollo, going from one seat to five costs one step, and seats two through five cost nothing extra.
Neither model is dishonest. They suit different shapes of business. Per-user is fairer if your headcount is stable and you want to pay exactly for what you use. Flat-tier is cheaper if you are growing, and it removes a small bad incentive: nobody has to think about the licence cost before giving a part-time counsellor access to the student record.
Do the arithmetic for your own headcount rather than trusting either of us. Five counsellors on KONDESK Lite is ₹10,000 a month before tax; five on Enrollo Team is $79. Convert at today's rate and compare — and if you are a solo consultant, note that the gap narrows sharply at one seat.
Why the scope row is the second one
A broader tool is not automatically a better one, and a narrower tool is not automatically focused. The honest test is whether the extra scope is scope you use.
If your office genuinely runs visitor visas and skilled migration next to student placement, a single system covering fourteen service workflows is worth real money — the alternative is two tools and a spreadsheet stitching them together.
If you only place students, that breadth is surface area you navigate past every day. Enrollo's bet is that a boutique study-abroad agency has one expensive recurring problem, and it is not lead volume: it is that commission is earned months before it is collectable, and the evidence needed to invoice it — the enrolment confirmation, the deposit receipt, the CAS or offer reference — is scattered across email by the time the claim window opens.
Who each one is for
Choose KONDESK if: you sell immigration services alongside education, you run more than one branch, your counsellors need native mobile apps, or your headcount is stable enough that per-user pricing is simply accurate.
Choose Enrollo if: you are one to fifteen counsellors placing students, you are growing and want the bill to stay still while you hire, and the thing that keeps you up is commission you have earned but cannot yet invoice.
Choose neither if: you place fewer than about twenty students a year. At that volume a well-kept spreadsheet is genuinely fine, and we have written about when it stops being fine.
What to check before you decide
Two things, in this order.
First, re-read both pricing pages yourself. Vendor pricing changes and comparison pages go stale — this one was verified against KONZE's published pricing page in August 2026, and the figures above are theirs, not our characterisation of them. If you would rather not take a competitor's word from a competitor's site, KONDESK also has an independent Capterra listing and a Techjockey listing where pricing and reviews are maintained by third parties. Cross-check us against both.
Second, take whichever trial you prefer and load five real students into it. Not sample data — five students you are actually working, with their real deadlines and their real missing documents. The tool that makes the next action obvious on day two is the one to buy. Both trials are free and neither asks for a card.
Is KONDESK cheaper than Enrollo?
At one user it is close, and the answer depends on the exchange rate on the day. At five users KONDESK Lite is ₹2,000 × 5 = ₹10,000 per month before tax, while Enrollo Team is a flat $79 per month for up to five seats. The more counsellors you add, the more the per-user model diverges from the flat tier.
Does KONDESK track commission?
Yes. KONZE advertises contract upload, agreement storage, and commission claim management as a KONDESK feature. Any comparison telling you otherwise is wrong.
Does Enrollo have a mobile app?
No. Enrollo is a responsive web application. KONDESK publishes native iOS and Android apps, so if your counsellors work primarily from a phone, that is a real difference in KONDESK's favour.
Can I move my spreadsheet into Enrollo?
Yes. CSV import accepts name, email, phone, nationality, education level, GPA and lead source. It does not import a pipeline stage — every imported student lands in the first stage of your pipeline, so plan on one bulk re-stage after the import. Export stays available even after a trial ends, so your data does not become a hostage.
