- Is the 14-day trial card-free?
- Yes. Sign up with email only. After 14 days your account switches to read-only mode until you subscribe — your data remains exportable indefinitely.
- What if I want a refund?
- Statutory refund rights apply (EU 14-day withdrawal / UK Consumer Rights Act). Beyond that, refund eligibility is determined case-by-case via Polar. See the refund policy.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are 20% off vs monthly billing. Toggle to “Annual” on the pricing cards above to see the discounted rate.
- Do you offer enterprise / multi-region?
