Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Enrollo is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for education agencies. The service includes student pipeline management, commission tracking, document checklists, and team collaboration tools.

Enrollo is currently operated as a sole-founder operation. For GDPR-related inquiries (including Article 27 representative questions), see the Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One organization account is required per agency. Team members are invited by the account owner.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, your account will switch to read-only mode until you subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Enrollo offers three plans: Solo ($29/month or $278/year, 1 user), Team ($79/month or $758/year, up to 5 users), and Agency ($149/month or $1,430/year, up to 15 users).
  • All plans include unlimited students and full access to all features.
  • All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Polar.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. During the early-access window, a 30-day full-refund guarantee applies to first-time charges.
  • Early-access pricing is honored for 12 monthsfrom your subscription start date. Pricing for renewals beyond 12 months may be adjusted with 60 days' advance notice via email and in-app banner. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect to receive a pro-rata refund of any unused term.

5. Your Data & Data Processing Agreement

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into Enrollo.
  • We do not access, use, or share your student data except to provide the service.
  • You may export your data at any time.
  • Upon account deletion, your data is retained in read-only mode for 90 days and then permanently removed within a further 30 days.
  • Where you act as a data controller under UK / EU GDPR (for example, for your students' personal data), our Data Processing Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs our processing on your behalf, including Article 28 obligations, sub-processor notification, and breach notification. By accepting these Terms you also accept the DPA.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the system.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

Enrollo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained in read-only mode for 90 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
